Repair / Condition Report

Upon arrival to our yard this tractor was completely serviced.

Engine oil filter was checked for contaminates and filter was clean.

Transmission filter was checked for contaminates and filter was clean.

Hydraulic filter was also checked for contaminates and filter was clean.

Both final drives were checked for levels and contaminates and both were full and clean.

Pivot shaft and slack adjuster oil levels were all good.

This unit was very well maintained.

Following are a few repairs completed by the local Caterpillar dealer technician.

At 6869 Hours:
  • Installed remanufactured injectors and NEW fuel hand pump.
  • Installed NEW lift hydraulic valve.
  • REBUILT both lift cylinders.
  • Replaced hose from hydraulic tank to filter.
  • Installed NEW seat air valve.
  • Turned cutting edges and installed NEW corner bits.

At 5864 Hours:
  • Cat dealer installed NEW pins and bearings in the blade.

At 5094 Hours:
  • NEW bearings and seals installed on all the hydraulic cylinders.
  • NEW bearings and seals installed on the hard bar.
  • Line bored "C" frame.
  • Replaced wear bars on the track frames.

At 4448 Hours:
  • Replaced fuel transfer pump.
  • Repaired all the lights.
  • Replaced bearings on dozer frame.
  • Line bored the bottom pins.
  • NEW bearings installed on angle cylinders.

Additional details will be updated once all of the miscellaneous repairs have been completed.
