Repair / Condition ReportThis unit was previously owned by a small county and has been very well maintained and not overworked.
This tractor has been cleaned, serviced and inspected for necessary repairs.
The engine, transmission and hydraulic filters were cut open and inspected for contaminates. All were clean.
Both final drives were checked for contaminates and found to be clean as well.
Following is a partial list of some of the repairs completed by the local Caterpillar dealer:
- Left final drive REBUILT at 10398 hours.
- Hardbar, pivot shafts, NEW cutting edges and bits and engine bearing roll at 10398 hours.
- Right final drive REBUILT at 9000 hours.
- All service and repair records are available.
The following repairs were completed at 13444 Hours in July 2008 by Marcel Equipment Limited:
- REBUILT engine.
- REBUILT cylinder head.
- REBUILT turbo charger.
- Cat REBUILT oil pump.
- Installed standard Cat main and rod bearings.
- Installed 6 Cat exchange injectors.
- Installed 6 Cat piston and liner kits.
- Installed NEW fan belts.
REBUILT and resealed transmission assembly.
This unit was exceptionally well maintained and was working right up to when the NEW tractor was delivered to the county.
This machine has been sandblasted, primed, painted and detailed and is work ready!
