Repair / Condition Report
Following are the servicing and repairs completed by Marcel Equipment Limited at 6260 Hours:
- Machine was serviced and checked over.
- Engine oil filter was cut open and checked for contaminates and it was clean.
- Hydraulic filters and strainers were also clean.
- Both final drive swing gear and pump drives were clean and were at the proper levels.
- Resealed left boom lift cylinder.
- Replaced valve cover gasket on the engine.
- Installed NEW fan belt.
- Repaired wiper assembly.
- Repaired linkage on the hydraulic thumb using NEW pins and bearings.
- Replaced engine hood latch.
- Removed and resealed bucket cylinder and rechromed the rod.
- NEW air conditioning compressor was installed.
- NEW chains and sprockets installed at 7189 hours.
This unit is presently rented to a local dirt contractor and is working very well.
