Repair / Condition Report

Prior to purchase, Marcel Equipment’s technician inspected the truck visually, operationally and cut open certain filters to inspect for contaminates.

Once truck arrived in our yard, truck was stripped and completely powerwashed.

Toromont Cat then completed the following:

Completed TA inspection on truck and noted any deficiencies.

Cut open all fluid filters and inspected for contaminates - all were clean.

Serviced unit with all NEW filters and breathers.

Checked all oil levels.

Checked oils for any contamination (dark/milky/etc).

Completed engine, torque, transmission and hydraulic pressure checks - All are within OEM specifications.

Performed performance checks - All are within OEM specifications.

Inspected transmission magnetic suction screen and it was clean.

Inspected magnetic plugs and all were clean.

Completed miscellaneous repairs as directed.

Updated all ECM software and downloaded the ECM information.

Marcel Equipment Limited then completed the following:

Full operational and visual inspection was completed again.

Completed repairs as noted on the Cat TA inspection.

Completed repairs as noted on our own inspection.

Verified autogreaser was operational and ensured that all grease points are taking grease.

Completed any required welding and cosmetic repairs.

Tires were replaced as required and two NEW tires were installed on the front.

Resealed the pilot control valve.

Removed the A frame, linebored, installed a NEW bearing, pin and nut.

Installed a NEW bearing and pin on the differential stabilizer link.

Installed all NEW brake cooler hoses.

Replaced the left hoist cylinder grease line.

Installed a NEW pin and bushing on the right suspension cylinder.

Checked all the drive lines and grease.

Checked the accumulator pressure.

Checked the engine block heater.

Cleaned the heater core and installed a NEW filter.

Installed a NEW brake temperature sensor.

Repaired the seat suspension.

Cleaned and load tested the batteries.

All servicing, maintenance and repairs have been completed.

This is an excellent, clean, low hour unit that is ready to work.
