Repair / Condition Report

This unit was CAT dealer maintained and serviced since new.

Following are the repairs completed by the local Caterpillar dealer:

In August of 2015 at 6686 Hours:

A NEW HEUI pump was installed.

A NEW fuel injectors were installed.

A NEW turbo charger was installed.

Upon arrival to our yard, the following repairs were completed by Marcel Equipment Limited at 6868 hours:

All covers and guards were removed and unit was powerwashed.

Visual and operational inspections were completed.

Unit was serviced.

Engine oil was changed - 10W30 oil.

Engine oil filter was cut open and checked for contaminates, it was clean.

Transmission oil was changed - T0430 oil.

Transmission oil filter was cut open and checked and it was clean.

Front differential oil level was good.

Front differential oil was changed - 50W oil.

Rear differential oil level was good.

Rear differential oil was changed - 50W oil.

Hydraulic oil filter was cut open and checked for contaminates and it was clean.

Installed all NEW cab filters.

Installed a NEW outer air filter.

Changed the fuel filter.

Repaired the pin and bearing on the rod end of the right steering cylinder.

Installed a NEW air compressor on the seat assembly.

Installed a NEW air conditioning belt.

Installed a NEW serpentine belt.

Checked the unit for leaks and repaired if needed.

Checked all grease points and greased machine.

Checked the rear axle oscillation and it was good.

Checked the articulation and it was good.

Installed NEW bearings on the blade lift cylinder yoke.

Checked all lights for proper operation.

Checked the heater and air conditioning for proper operation.

NEW pins and bearings installed on the rod ends of the steering cylinder.

Load tested the batteries and they were good.

Checked the parking brake and it was good.

Installed NEW blade cutting edges and bolts.

Pressure Checks:

Hydraulic Pressure - Specs: 2250+-50 PSI - Actual: 2250 PSI

Transmission Pressure - Specs: 395 +- 10 PSI - Actual: 394 PSI

Torque In Pressure - Specs: 120 PSI Max - Actual: 44 PSI

Torque Out Pressure - 60-70 PSI - Actual: 71 PSI

Lube Pressure - Specs: 30-50 PSI - Actual: 30 PSI

Fuel Pressure - Specs: 58-63 PSI - Actual: 64 PSI

Steering Pressure - Specs: 2500 +-150 - Actual: 2443 PSI

Boost Pressure - Specs: - Actual: 22

Accumulator Pressure - Specs: 1000 PSI - Actual: 1000 PSI

Pilot Pressure - Specs: 350+-20 - Actual: 360 PSI
