Repair / Condition Report

A complete visual and operational inspection was done by Marcel Equipment.

Unit was serviced, all filters were cut open and checked for contaminates.

Engine oil and filter were changed and is clean.

Transmission filter was changed and is clean.

Hydraulic filter was changed and is clean.

Transmission suction screen was checked and is clean.

Both differential oil levels were good and were clean.

Changed fuel filters.

Changed both air filters.

Following are repairs completed by Marcel Equipment.

Repaired air suspension on operator seat.

Installed NEW wiper blades and checked windshield washer units.

Checked air conditioning system.

Replaced left cylinder mount bearings.

Replaced alternator belt.

Checked all drive line universal joints.

Installed NEW radiator cap.

Checked articulation and it was good.

Checked parking and service brakes and they were good.

Checked all grease points and grease unit.

Replaced turbo coolant lines.

Installed NEW air filter gauge.

Resealed blade left cylinder.

Resealed left steering cylinder.

Removed engine, transmission, torque converter and transfer case as one unit, as transmission was seeping oil between the sections.

Transmission was dismantled and all new piston seals were installed.

All NEW clutch discs and plates were installed on forward and reverse clutches.

All NEW discs and plates were installed on second gear clutch pack.

All NEW discs and plates were installed on first gear clutch pack.

Torque converter was completely resealed.

Resealed transfer case.

NEW bearings and seals were installed on rear axle oscillation.

While power unit was out, we took the opportunity to install NEW main bearings, new rod and thrust bearings.

Removed and inspected engine oil pump and was resealed.

Installed NEW pan gasket.

Installed NEW HEUI pump.

Installed six REBUILT injectors.

Resealed and inspected transmission and implement pumps.

Checked all transmission and torque converter pressures, they were all good.

Checked all gauges, switches, controls, air conditioning and heater.

This unit will soon enter our sandblast, paint and detail facility.

This unit has been completely repaired and is ready to go.
