Repair / Condition Report

Upon purchase inspection, we completed the following:

Engine oil filter was cut open and checked for contaminates, it was clean.

Engine Oil Pressures: Low Idle = 60 PSI - High Idle = 72 PSI

Transmission filter and strainers were checked for contaminates and they were clean.

Hydraulic filter was cut open and checked and it was clean.

Both differentials and the four wheel planetary oil levels were good and oils were clean.

Articulation was checked and it was good.

Rear axle oscillation was checked and it was good.

All transmission pressures were also good.

Transmission Pressures:

Torque Converter Outlet: 60 PSI

Oil Pump Pressure: 350 PSI

Clutch P1 Pressure: 350 PSI

Clutch P2 Pressure: 290 PSI

Transmission Lube Pressure: 22 PSI

Torque converter pressures were good.

Engine high idle speed was checked and it was good, reading was 2256 RPM.

Torque converter stall speed was checked and it was good. Reading was 1858 RPM.

REBUILT alternator was installed.

A NEW air conditioning compressor and dryer was installed.

A NEW radiator core was installed.

NEW exhaust manifold gaskets and studs were installed.

NEW batteries were installed.

All NEW belts were installed.

NEW belt tightener pulley and bearings were installed.

Resealed both steering cylinders.

Installed NEW pins and bearings on both steering cylinders.

Resealed the blade lift cylinder.

Installed NEW pins and bearings on the blade lift cylinder mounting.

Installed a NEW engine shut down solenoid.

Installed a NEW brake booster.

Checked all the brake lines.

Replaced the wiper blades.

Installed NEW fan hub bearings and seal.

Checked all lights, brakes, heater, wipers, AC, all hoses, grease lines, mirrors and backup alarm for proper operation.

Installed a NEW front differential input seal.

Resealed the hydraulic control valve.

Resealed the steering valve.

Installed a NEW hydraulic control cable.

Installed NEW battery cables and clamps.

Installed NEW transmission neutralizer micro switches.

This unit will soon enter our painting facility where it will be sandblasted, primed, painted and detailed. Photos will be updated at that time.
