Repair / Condition Report

Upon arrival, all covers were removed and unit was cleaned and inspected.

Engine oil filter was cut open and was clean and free of any contaminates.

Transmission filter and suction strainer were cut open and checked. Some clutch material was found. Please see the details listed below.

Hydraulic filters were all clean.

Both differentials and all four wheel planataries were clean as well.

Following is a list of repairs completed by Marcel Equipment Limited at 10558 hours:

Transmission:

- NEW bearings and seals were installed along with NEW friction discs on the forward and second speed clutch packs.

- REBUILT transmission charging pump.

Torque Converter:

- NEW seals and bearings were installed.

Transfer Case:

- NEW seals and bearings were installed.

In order to rebuild the transmission, etc. the engine was removed along with the transmission. Since the engine was on the shop floor, we took this opportunity to rebuild the engine as well. See the details listed below.

Engine Rebuild:

- Cylinder head was REBUILT.

- The six injectors were checked and a NEW one was installed.

- Six NEW Cat piston and liner kits were installed.

- NEW Cat standard main bearings were installed.

- NEW Cat standard rod and thrust bearings were installed.

- NEW front and rear crankshaft seals were installed.

- REBUILT the turbo charger.

- REBUILT the starter.

- REBUILT the alternator.

- Checked the engine oil pump for proper operation.

- All NEW belts were installed.

- NEW bearings and seals were installed in the fan hub.

- NEW bearings and seals were installed in the tensioner.

- Removed and checked the radiator and it was clean.

Miscellaneous Repairs:

- REBUILT rear axle oscillation using NEW bearings and seals.

- Resealed both steering cylinders.

- NEW pins and bearings installed on both steering cylinders.

- NEW pins and bearings installed on blade lift cylinder bracket.

- NEW throttle cable was installed.

- Checked all gauges for proper operation.

- NEW hydraulic control cable was installed.

- Both hydraulic pump cartridges were replaced with NEW ones.

- NEW blade corner bits were installed.

- All other miscellaneous items such as lights, air conditioning, etc. have all been checked.

- This unit has been sandblasted, primed, painted and detailed.
