Repair / Condition Report

The servicing CAT dealer performed the following repairs:

At 7983 hours,

Engine was rebuilt using a CAT Reman long block.

NEW engine oil pump was installed.

NEW turbo charger installed.

Radiator and after cooler were removed, cleaned tested and resealed.

Many hoses were replaced at this time.


At 6538 hours,

Install NEW DPF on emissions system.

Front and rear axles were re-bearing and resealed.

Updated gear sets for differentials were installed.

Torque converter was resealed and NEW springs and rollers for lock up clutch were installed.

All NEW updated modulating valves were installed on transmission.

Installed NEW u joints in rear form.

All required hoses in chassis were replaced


Upon arrival to yard, Marcel Equipment removed all guards to power wash unit

A visual and operational inspection was done

A complete mechanical inspection was done

Engine oil and filter changed, oil filter was cut open and checked for contaminates - it was clean

Transmission filter was cut open and checked for contaminates, it was clean

Transmission oil strainer checked, it was clean

Hydraulic filters were cut open and they were clean

All four wheel planetaries levels were good and oils clean

Both differentials oil levels were good and oils were clean

The following are repairs completed by Marcel Equipment:

Resealed both steering cylinders

Resealed blade lift cylinder

NEW bearings installed on blade lift cylinder mounting bracket

Installed 4 NEW batteries

Checked the following pressures to ensure they were within OEM specs;

Transmission pressure

Hydraulic pressure

Engine oil pressure

Fuel pressure

Boost pressure

Brake accumulator pressure

Articulation checked (all good)

Rear axle oscilation checked - all good

Checked all grease lines, grease machine

Checked all gauges, controls, lights, heater, air conditioning - all good

This is a low hour, well maintained unit that will soon be ready to work
