The following is a list of repairs completed by Marcel Equipment Limited at 8354 hours: 

Upon arrival to our yard, this compactor was serviced and checked over. All covers and guards were removed for cleaning.

Engine oil filter was cut open and checked for contaminates and it was clean.

Transmission filters and strainer were checked and clutch material was found.

- We disassembled the transmission and drop box and inspected for any needed repairs.

- Installed NEW forward and reverse clutch plates and discs and then resealed transmission and transfer case.

- Resealed and recalibrated the shift valve.

- Hydraulic filters were cut open, inspected and were clean.

- All four planataries and both differentials were checked and all had the proper oil levels and were free of any signs of contaminates. 

- Rear axle oscillation was checked and is good.

- Checked all grease lines and they were good.

- Installed NEW pins and bearings on the lower articulation joint.

- Resealed both steering cylinders.

- Installed NEW pins and bearings on both steering cylinders.

- Repaired windshield washer.

- Installed NEW engine thermostat.

- Installed NEW fan belts.

- Installed REBUILT 55" compaction wheels. Original wheels were transferred to a rental compactor

- Sandblasted, primed, painted and detailed complete unit. 

This unit has been thoroughly checked over and all small miscellaneous repairs have been completed.

This is an excellent compactor that is ready to work.
