Repair / Condition Report

This unit has been extremely well maintained and serviced regularly as per Caterpillar Maintenance Schedule. All maintenance records are available since new.
- Machine has been cleaned, serviced and inspected for necessary repairs in our shops upon arrival to our yard.
- Engine, transmission and hydraulic filters and strainers were checked for contaminates and none were found.
- Both differentials and all planataries were checked and all were clean.
- We checked the engine high idle speed and the torque converter stall speeds and both were within Caterpillar Specifications.
- All miscellaneous oil leaks and all necessary repairs have been completed.

Following are some repairs completed prior to arrival to our yard:
- Caterpillar dealer repaired turbo charger at 9162 hours.

- Caterpillar dealer repaired hydraulic control valve at 9162 hours.

- Caterpillar dealer reconditioned differential at 13185 hours.

- Installed NEW transfer case output seal at 15386 hours.

- REBUILT turbo charger and installed NEW exhaust manifold gaskets and studs at 15385 hours.

- Resealed and rebearinged the transmission charging pump at 15386 hours.
 

The following repairs were completed by Marcel Equipment Limited at 15670 hours: 

- Installed NEW exhaust manifold gaskets and studs.

- REBUILT turbo charger.

- Repaired exhaust stack.

- Installed NEW transmission pump bearings.

- Installed NEW transmission pressure hose.

- Installed NEW rear transfer case output shaft seal and bearing.

- Installed NEW steering cylinder pins and bearings.

- Installed NEW bucket lift arm position sensor.

- Recalibrated bucket raise/lower solenoid valve.

- Adjusted steering pilot pressure to 150 PSI.

- Installed two NEW brake accumulators.

 

At 16065 hours, the engine was completely REBUILT, including the following:

- Installed a REBUILT cylinder head.

- 6 CAT piston and liner kits were installed.

- All NEW Cat standard main and rod bearings were installed.

- Inspected the oil pump.

- Checked all of the injectors.


This loader is currently on standby rental at a local aggregate company loading trucks from a stockpile. It is available for trial onsite and you can speak with the manager who says that this is a good running and operating loader.
