Repair / Condition Report

Prior to us purchasing this unit, we hired the Cat dealer to complete a TA inspection.

Upon arrival, all covers were removed from the machine and machine was completely washed.

Complete operational and visual inspection was completed.

Engine filter was cut open and checked for contaminates, it was clean.

Engine was then serviced.

Transmission oil filter was cut open and checked for contaminates and it was clean.

Transmission suction screen was checked and it was clean.

Hydraulic filters were cut open as well and both were clean.

Front and rear differentials and all four wheel planetaries were checked, oil levels were good and oils were clean.

Inspected the articulation hitch for play and it was good.

Inspected the rear axle oscillation for play and it was good.

Inspected the loader control frame for play and it was good.

Verified the engine, torque, transmission and hydraulic pressures and all were within OEM specifications.

The following repairs were completed:

Resealed the rocker covers.

Installed a NEW fan and alternator belts.

Replaced the fuel tank vent.

Repaired various lights.

Repaired the back-up alarm, horn and action alarm.

Installed NEW steering cylinder pins and bearings.

Resealed both tilt cylinders.

Resealed both steering cylinders.

Repaired the loose steering column.

Completed miscellaneous electrical and wiring repairs.

Installed NEW heel wear plates on the bucket.

Installed a NEW belt tensioner.

Repaired required grease lines.

REBUILT the throttle pedal.

REBUILT the brake pedal.

Cleaned out the HVAC system.

REBUILT the seat suspension

Replaced any required hoses.

Completed required repairs in cab.

Completed required cosmetic repairs.

Installed NEW batteries and serviced connections.

Machine was fully greased.

This unit is completed and is ready to go to work.
