Repair / Condition Report
Machine Hours: 10824 - ECM Idle Hours: 5043
Upon arrival to our yard this unit was serviced and checked over.
Engine oil filter was cut open and checked for contaminates, it was clean.
Transmission and hydraulic filters were also clean.
Transmission suction strainer was clean as well.
All four planataries and both differential oil levels were good and oils were clean.
Engine high idle speed was checked and is within Caterpillar specifications.
Torque converter stall speed was checked and is within Caterpillar specifications.
Following are the repairs completed by Marcel Equipment Limited at 10822 hours:
Installed NEW pins and bearings on the steering cylinders.
Installed a NEW radiator cap.
Installed a NEW starter motor mounting gasket.
Installed NEW bucket pins and bearings.
Installed NEW bucket adapters and teeth.
Recalibrated boom and bucket functions.
Installed a NEW CAT reman water pump.
Checked all electrical components for proper operation.
Machine has been freshly sandblasted, primed, painted and detailed.
This unit is ready to go.
