CAT D250E SERIES II ARTICULATED TRUCK (2000) - Unit #T5608

Upon arrival this truck was serviced and thoroughly inspected.
- Engine, transmission and hydraulic oil filters were cut open and checked for contaminates, none were found.
- All axles and planataries were also checked and were clean.
- Engine high idle speeds were checked and adjusted to Caterpillar specifications.
- Torque converter stall speed was checked and was within Caterpillar specifications.
The following repairs were completed by Marcel Equipment Limited:

- Repaired four way flashers.

- Repaired solenoid valve oil leak.

- Installed lower bearing in left lift cylinder.

- Replaced both U joints in the front differential.

- Installed six NEW injectors at 7180 hours.

- Resealed brake calipers and installed NEW brake pads on front axle at 7445 hours.

- Installed NEW pinion seal on front differential at 7445 hours.

- Installed NEW front output shaft seal in drop box at 7445 hours.

- Resealed turbo charger at 7445 hours.

- Resealed suspension valve at 7537 hours.

- NEW bushings installed in steering column.

- Replaced walking beam suspension bearings at 7537 hours. 

Complete Service at 8359 Hours: 

- Changed engine oil & filter.

- Changed hydraulic oil and filters.

- Changed transmission oil and filters.

- Changed all differential oils.

- Completed all necessary repairs.

This is a very good truck that we have rented to local contractors.  
All maintenance has been completed by Marcel Equipment Limited. 
This truck requires no further repairs and would be a reliable truck for a smaller contractor.
