Repair / Condition Report
Upon arrival this truck was cleaned, serviced and thoroughly inspected.
- Engine, transmission and hydraulic oil filters were cut open and checked for contaminates, none were found.
- Engine low and high idle speeds were adjusted to Caterpillar Specifications.
- Torque converter stall speed was checked and was within Caterpillar Specifications.
The following repairs were completed by Marcel Equipment Limited:
- Replaced damaged brake lines.
- Repaired sticky brake pedal.
- Replaced bushings and cable for steering wheel tilt.
- Changed turbo drainline gasket.
- Disassembled and cleaned hydraulic pressure reducing valve.
- Checked and adjusted hydraulic pressures.
- Checked and repaired all operating lights.
- Repaired fuel gauge as it had a bad sensor.
- Repaired miscellaneous oil leaks.
Since the above repairs were completed this truck has been rented to local contractors and has performed well.
This is a good reliable truck with a lot of life remaining.
