Repair / Condition Report
Upon arrival to our yard this truck was cleaned, serviced and inspected for necessary repairs.
The following repairs were completed by Marcel Equipment Limited:
- Engine, transmission and hydraulic filters were removed, cut open and checked for contaminates. All were clean.
- All three differentials were checked for contaminates and all were found clean.
- Engine oil pan gasket was leaking. Took opportunity to replace engine main and rod crankshaft bearings (standard size).
- REBUILT engine oil pump.
- Replaced rear axle brake lines.
- Resealed center axle brake calipers.
- Repaired lights and signals.
- REBUILT seat mounts.
- Replaced exhaust pipe.
- Checked and recharged accumulators.
- Replaced heater control valve.
- Engine burns clean.
- Hoist cycle times are within Caterpillar Specifications.
- Replaced hoist cylinder bushings.
- Replaced air conditioning belt.
- Repaired miscellaneous oil leaks.
- All necessary repairs have been completed.
This is a good running truck with low hours for the year. Overall this truck is in very good condition and would be an excellent truck for a smaller contractor.
