This truck just had the engine REBUILT at 11195 hours.

It has been in our rental fleet for approximately two years and serviced every 250 hours by Marcel Equipment Limited

Following are repairs completed by Marcel Equipment Limited at 10020 hours:

Upon arrival, this truck was cleaned, serviced and inspected for repairs.
- Engine, transmission and hydraulic filters were removed, cut open and checked for contaminates. All were clean.
- All three differentials were checked for contaminates as well as all six planataries and all were clean.

- Front axle assembly was clean.

- Metal was found in both rear differentials.
- Engine high idle was checked and is within Caterpillar specifications.
- Torque converter stall speed was also checked and is within Caterpillar specifications.
- REBUILT center differential using NEW bearings, seals and differential lock plates and discs.

- REBUILT rear differential using NEW bearings, seals and differential lock plates and discs.

- Planataries were removed and inspected and found to be in good condition.

- Installed NEW heater control valve.

- Installed NEW transmission pressure hose.

- Repaired fuel level gauge.

- Checked accumulator pressures and found to be within specifications.

- Installed NEW hydraulic suction hose.

- Repaired hydraulic level sight glass.

- Resealed both steering cylinders.

- Repaired backup alarm and lights.

- Replaced parking brake shoes.

- Replaced articulation pins and bearings.

- Repaired air conditioning system.

- Checked jake brake system and it is in good operating condition.

- Replaced front mudflaps.

- Replaced seat slider assembly.

- Checked and repaired all grease fittings and lines.

- All steps, grab handles and sheet metal repairs completed.

- This truck was sandblasted, primed, painted and detailed prior to rental and looks good.

Following are repairs completed by Marcel Equipment Limited at 11194 hours:

- Engine was hard to start and showed signs of a compression leak in the radiator.

- Removed cylinder head and found a broken head gasket and a cracked head.

- Removed engine from machine and had block checked and cleaned.

- Had crankshaft checked.

- REBUILT engine with NEW Cat piston and liner kits. Standard size bearings were installed.

- Installed a re-man cylinder head.

- Completed all other needed repairs.

This unit is in work ready condition.
