Repair / Condition Report
When this truck arrived in our yard it was cleaned, serviced and inspected for necessary repairs.
- Engine, transmission and hydraulic filters were removed, cut open and checked for contaminates. All were clean.
- All differentials and planataries were checked and were clean and levels were good.
- Engine high idle was checked and was within Caterpillar Specifications.
- Torque converter stall speed was also checked and it was within Caterpillar Specifications.
Following are miscellaneous repairs completed by Marcel Equipment Limited at 7765 hours:
- Checked and repaired all grease lines and fittings.
- Repaired heater motor.
- Checked all accumulator pressures and all were within Caterpillar Specifications.
- Replaced turbo shield.
- Installed block heater.
- Repaired all miscellaneous oil leaks.
- Replaced middle axle dog bone bushing.
- Replaced downshift solenoid.
- Completed all necessary repairs.
This truck has been on rent to a local contractor and worked well.
This is a mechanically sound truck with a lot of good life remaining.
