CAT D400E SERIES II ARTICULATED TRUCK (2000) - Unit #T5404

Upon arrival to our yard, this unit was powerwashed and fully serviced.  

- The engine oil filter was cut open to check for contaminates and it was clean.
- Transmission and hydraulic filters were also cut open and they were clean. 
- The three differentials and all six planataries were also clean. 
- Engine high idle was checked and is within Caterpillar Specifications. 
- Jake brake system was checked and it was good. 
- We checked the air conditioning system and it was good. 
- The six-wheel drive system was also checked and it was good.

Engine REBUILT at 9327 hours in June 2010 and the following are the details:

- 6 Cat OR piston and liner groups installed.

- All NEW standard Cat main and rod bearings were installed. 

- REBUILT cylinder head assembly was installed.

- Installed a Cat OR engine oil pump.

- All injectors were checked and they were good.

- Checked turbo charger and it was also good.
Following are a few repairs that were completed by a Caterpillar technician: 

- NEW lift cylinder installed at 8699 hours.

- REBUILT front brakes at 6596 hours.

- Oil sample analysis information is available.

This is a good clean and well maintained truck that is ready to go.
