Repair / Condition Report
Upon arrival to our yard, this unit was cleaned, serviced and checked over.
Engine oil filter was cut open and checked for contaminates and it was clean.
Transmission and hydraulic filters were also checked and were clean.
Both final drives were checked and oil levels were good. Both were clean.
Engine high idle was checked and is within Caterpillar specifications.
Torque converter stall speed was checked and is within Caterpillar specifications.
Following is a list of repairs completed by Marcel Equipment Limited at 5158 hours:
- Fuel injectors were removed and checked.
- Repaired blade float function.
- Repaired windshield washers.
- Repaired heater control.
- Installed NEW cab filters.
- Cleaned the air conditioner evaporator.
- Installed NEW pins and bearings in the blade assembly.
- Tightened blade assembly.
- NEW pins and bearings were installed on the blade C frame to the tractor frame.
This is an excellent tractor that is clean and has excellent undercarriage. Undercarriage report is available.
