Repair / Condition Report
Machine was cleaned, serviced and inspected for necessary repairs upon arrival to our yard at 7688 hours.
- Engine oil filter was checked for contaminates and it was clean.
- Transmission and hydraulic filters were also checked and they were also clean.
- Both final drives were checked and levels were good and both were clean.
- Low and high idle speeds were checked and adjusted.
- Torque converter stall speed was checked and is within Caterpillar specifications.
- Replaced fan belts.
- Replaced radiator cap.
- Replaced hydraulic control linkage and bearings.
- Adjusted cab doors.
- Replaced seat sliders.
- NEW chains and segments were installed at 7294 hours.
- This unit was recently sandblasted, primed, painted and detailed.
This is a real good work ready tractor.
