Repair / Condition Report
6196 Hours - ECM Idle Hours: 2199 at 5916 Hours
Upon arrival to our yard, this machine was stripped of belly pans, covers, etc. for proper cleaning.
Machine was then serviced and checked over in our shops.
Engine high idle was checked and is within Caterpillar specifications.
Torque converter stall speed was also checked and is also within Caterpillar specifications.
Both final drives were checked for proper levels and both were free of any contaminates.
Engine oil filter, transmission filter and hydraulic filters were all cut open and checked for any signs of metal or contaminates. All were clean.
Following is the list of repairs completed by Marcel Equipment Limited:
- Resealed both blade lift cylinders.
- Checked air conditioning for proper operation.
- Checked powershift winch for proper operation.
- Resealed right side cannon.
- NEW equalizer bar bearings and seals were installed.
- Installed NEW pins and bearings on the blade where needed.
- Checked all gauges, lights, heater, etc. for proper operation.
This is an excellent, clean unit that is ready to go.
