Repair / Condition Report
Upon arrival to our yard this unit was powerwashed, serviced and checked over.
- Engine oil filter was cut open and checked for contaminates and it was clean.
- Hydraulic filter was cut open and checked for contaminates and it was clean.
- Transmission filter was also cut open and checked for contaminates and it was clean.
- Both final drive oil levels were good and checked for contaminates. Both were clean.
- Torque converter stall speed was checked and is within Caterpillar specifications.
- Engine high idle RPM was checked and is within Caterpillar specifications.
Following is a list of repairs completed by Marcel Equipment Limited at 7177 hours:

- Complete NEW undercarriage was installed, including 24" pads, top and bottom rollers, chains, segments as well as all four idlers and idler track guides. |

- Tightened blade assembly. - REBUILT alternator. - Installed NEW master switch. - Installed NEW heat control switch. - NEW corner bits were installed. - Checked air conditioning system for proper operation. - NEW wiper blades were installed. - NEW pivot shaft seals were installed. - NEW hardbar pins and bearings were installed. - Installed NEW fan belt tensioner bearings. - All small miscellaneous repairs were completed. |
This unit is in excellent condition and is ready to go.
