Upon arrival to our yard all covers and guards were removed and this unit was thoroughly cleaned, serviced and inspected. 

- Engine oil filter was checked for contaminates and it was clean.

- Transmission and hydraulic filters were also checked and they were clean.

- Both final drives were also checked and levels were okay and both were clean.

- Low and high idle speeds were checked and were good.

- Torque converter stall speed was checked and was found within Caterpillar Specifications.

Following are repairs completed by Marcel Equipment Limited at 8530 hours:

- NEW alternator belts were installed.
- NEW master switch installed.
- REBUILT blade/steering control.
- Resealed steering control valve.
- Repaired miscellaneous oil leaks.
- NEW fan belts installed.
- Installed NEW radiator guard pins.
- Resealed both blade lift cylinders.
- Repaired blade float detent.
- Replaced two transmission speed sensors.
- Installed NEW pivot shaft seals.
- Installed NEW center equalizer pin.
- Blade is good and tight with shims remaining.
- Track chains and pads were recently replaced and have approximately 75% wear remaining.
- REBUILT and resealed all of the idlers.
- Installed NEW bottom and top rollers.
- Installed NEW idler track guides.
- NEW cutting edges and corner bits installed.
- Blade face is good.

- All necessary repairs have been completed.

This tractor was recently sandblasted, primed, painted and detailed and is a good working tractor.
