Repair / Condition Report

At 5993 hours, local CAT dealer:

Installed 6 Reman fuel injectors.

Installed Reman engine oil pump.

Inspected bottom end bearings.

Completed engine valve set.

Updated all ECM software.

Performed fuel verification test.

Performed ARD ignition test.

Performed manual regen.

Due to a failure in the electric water pump, the CAT dealer performed a service letter to upgrade it to a mechanical style - Approximately $14,000 was spent.

The generator stator was updated by Cat at 5374 hours.

At that time with machine completely disassembled they replaced any required hoses and completed any miscellaneous repairs and serviced the unit.

Upon purchase inspection, the following was completed:

The local CAT dealer serviced this machine and completed a TA1 Plus Inspection.

During this inspection they completed the following:

Removed the engine oil filter, cut it open and checked for contaminates, it was clean.

Removed the hydraulic oil filter, cut it open and checked for contaminates, it was clean.

They then serviced the engine.

Engine air filters were changed.

Both final drive oil levels were good and oils were clean.

Updated the software in all of the electronic control modules.

Verified all pressures against Caterpillar specifications.

Marcel Equipment Limited completed the following repairs:

Performed our own visual and operational checks.

Resealed the blade lift cylinder.

Installed NEW pins and bearings in the tilt cylinder and strut arm.

Installed a NEW transmission lube pressure sensor.

Installed a NEW link and pins for the C-frame to blade link.

Installed three NEW windshield washer pumps.

This unit is ready to go.
