Repair / Condition Report

Complete NEW CAT salt undercarriage was installed at 5008 hours.

At 3901 hours:

The CAT dealer REBUILT, rechromed and resealed the blade lift cylinder.

CAT dealer replaced the high pressure fuel pump.

CAT dealer installed 6 NEW reman fuel injectors.

At 4400 hours the Cat dealer replaced the arc compressor and condensor fan.

At 5009 hours in Dec. 2018 – The generator was updated by the Cat dealer.

At the same time of updating the generator, the Cat dealer replaced any hoses that required changing.

Upon purchase inspection, the following was completed:

The local CAT Dealer serviced this machine and completed a TA1 Plus Inspection.

During this inspection they completed the following:

Removed the engine oil filter, cut it open and checked for contaminates, it was clean.

Removed the hydraulic oil filter, cut it open and checked for contaminates, it was clean.

They then serviced the engine.

Updated the software in all of the electronic control modules.

Completed TA inspection form.

Completed all pressure checks on the machine (engine, powertrain and hydraulics).

Stripped machine of all panels to have machine powerwashed.

Serviced the emissions system and installed a NEW spark plug.

Replaced breathers for the generator and propel unit.

Marcel Equipment Limited completed the following repairs:

Performed our own visual and operational checks.

Repaired any items noted on Cat’s TA1 inspection.

Repaired lights as required.

Serviced batteries and connections.

Replaced two engine door gas springs.

Repaired various latches.

Sent out the DPF filter for cleaning.

Checked unit for any leaks and all was good.

Greased machine.

Installed a NEW radio.

This unit is now ready to go.
