This unit was previously owned by a contractor and was very well maintained. 

Upon arrival to our yard at 11296 hours, this unit was serviced. 

- All filters were removed and checked for any signs of contaminates.
- Engine oil filter was clean.
- Transmission oil filter was clean.
- Hydraulic filter was clean.

- Both final drives were checked and were also clean.

- All NEW pins and bearings installed on the blade assembly.
- Engine high idle was checked and is within Caterpillar Specifications.
- Torque Converter stall speed was checked and is within Caterpillar Specifications.
- Air conditioning was checked for proper operation.
- Checked all lights, heater, wipers, etc. for proper operation.
- REBUILT fan drive assembly.
- Installed all NEW rubber belts.

At 11642 Hours in February 2010 the following repairs were completed:

- REBUILT engine.

- 6 NEW Cat OR piston and liner groups were installed.

- REBUILT cylinder head assembly.

- NEW standard Cat main and rod bearings were installed.

- Checked the engine oil pump for proper operation.

- Installed 6 REBUILT injectors.

- Cat OR water pump was installed.

- NEW Cam shaft was installed.

- Front crankshaft seal was installed.

- NEW front motor mount was installed.

- NEW battery and REBUILT alternator was installed.

- NEW cutting edge and corner bits were installed.

Following are the undercarriage report and the repair details:

- Complete NEW Cat undercarriage including chains, rollers, idlers and segments (except the pads) was installed in January 2007 at 10270 hours and $34,500.00 US was spent.
- Caterpillar dealer REBUILT torque converter at 9313 hours.
- REBUILT fuel injectors and fuel pump at 9319 hours.

This is an excellent unit that was rented to a local contractor and worked flawlessly.
