Repair / Condition Report

Following is a list of repairs completed on this unit:

A Caterpillar inspection report is available.

In December 2004 - 3291 Hours Ago: 

- Reconditioned equalizer bar.

- Reconditioned transmission and differential.


In January 2006 - 1667 Hours Ago: 

- Reconditioned hard nose mounting.

- Reconditioned lift cylinder mounting yokes.

- Reconditioned fuel injection system.

- Engine had a major tune-up.

- Reconditioned fan drive assembly.

- Installed NEW hydraulic oil cooler.


In March 2006 - 1367 Hours Ago: 

- Radiator was reconditioned and a NEW top tank was installed.


In December 2006 - 827 Hours Ago: 

- Reconditioned right side recoil system.


In July 2008 - 175 Hours Ago: 

- Torque converter was REBUILT.

- Transmission charging pump was REBUILT.

- NEW transmission oil cooler was installed.


Following is a summary of repairs completed at 17116 hours:

Upon arrival to our yard this unit had all the guards and covers removed and unit was powerwashed.

- All filters and strainers were checked for contaminates including engine, transmission and hydraulics and all were clean.
- Both final drives were checked and were clean.
- Torque converter stall speed was checked and is within Caterpillar Specifications.
- Engine high idle speed was also checked and is also within Caterpillar Specifications.
- Installed a NEW transmission input shaft seal.

- Installed NEW pins and bearings on the push blade assembly.

- Checked air conditioning system for proper operation.

- All miscellaneous checks and repairs have been completed to this unit.

- This unit has been sandblasted, primed, painted and detailed.

 

At 17572 hours, complete new undercarriage was installed which included:

- NEW salt chains

- NEW bottom rollers

- NEW top carrier rollers

- NEW segments

- NEW idlers

- Track pads were reused as they were in good condition.


This is an excellent tractor that is ready to work.
