CAT D8R SERIES II CRAWLER TRACTOR (2004) - Unit #D8941
Machine Hours: 7067

This unit was maintained by a Caterpillar dealer since 4400 hours.
- Complete NEW Caterpillar undercarriage installed - except the pads at 5347 hours.
 -  NEW pivot shaft seals were installed at 5347 hours.
- Upon arrival to our yard, we removed all the covers and belly pans.
- Unit was then powerwashed and serviced.
- All filters and oil strainers were checked for contaminates and they were clean.
- Engine oil filter was cut open and it was clean.
- Transmission oil filter and hydraulic filters were cut open and were clean.
- Both final drive oil levels were good and were free of any contaminates.
- Torque converter stall speed was checked and is within Caterpillar specifications.
- Engine high idle speed was also checked and is within Caterpillar specifications.
Following are some repairs completed by Marcel Equipment Limited at 6090 hours:
- Checked air conditioning system for proper operation.

- Installed all NEW pins and bearings on the hardnose.

- Installed a NEW engine oil pan gasket.

- Rechromed and resealed both lift cylinders.

-  REBUILT fan drive assembly using NEW bearings and seals.  

- Resealed steering pilot control valve.

- All NEW pins and bearings were installed on the blade assembly.

- This unit has been sandblasted, primed, painted and detailed.
- All repairs have been completed to this unit. 

This is an excellent low hour machine.
