CAT D8R SERIES II WASTE HANDLER ARRANGEMENT (2001) - Unit #D4517

Upon arrival this unit's guards and covers were all removed and the tractor was powerwashed and unit was then serviced.
- Engine oil filter was cut open and checked for contaminates and it was clean.
- Transmission filter and strainers were checked and were clean.
- Hydraulic filters were also cut open and were clean.
- Both final drive oil levels were up and both were clean.

Following is a summary of repairs completed by Marcel Equipment Limited at 11915 hours:
- Flex air fan was checked for proper operation.

- NEW air conditioner belt was installed.

- Air conditioning was checked for proper operation.

- NEW bearings were installed on the fan belt tensioner.

- Installed NEW fan belts.

- NEW radiator cap was installed.

- Resealed pilot plunger for the steering system.

- Installed NEW heat control cable.

- Pan gasket was seeping a bit of oil.

- As a precautionary measure, NEW main, rod and thrust standard size bearings were installed. 

- A REBUILT starter was installed.

- A NEW transmission input shaft seal was installed.

- Installed a NEW torque converter output shaft seal.

- All NEW pins and bearings were installed on the blade assembly.
