Repair / Condition Report

Upon machine arrival to our yard, the following repairs were completed by Marcel Equipment Limited at 6273 hours:

Unit was stripped of all covers and powerwashed.

Full visual and operational inspections were completed.

Engine oil filter was removed, cut open and checked for contaminates. It was clean.

Transmission and hydraulic filters were also cut open and checked. They were clean.

Engine was completely serviced including oil, fuel filter, air filter, etc.

Oils were clean and level was good on the front wheel planetaries.

Oil was clean and level was good on the rear wheel drive differential.

Due to one injector miss, we installed six NEW injectors.

Completed an engine valve set at the same time.

Replaced a steering link.

Adjusted the moleboard wear blocks.

Adjusted the circle wear block.

Reshimed the left blade lift.

Reshimed the right blade lift.

Load tested the batteries and all were good.

Greased the complete unit.

Checked the tire air pressures.

Installed a NEW cab air filter.

Replaced the wiper blades.

Resealed the steering cylinder on the right side.

Resealed the main axle joint.

Replaced the inside hood light.

Replaced the axle breather and hydraulic tank breather.

Lubricated all latches, locks and hinges.

Replaced two work lights.

Installed a NEW inching pedal switch.

Installed a NEW radio antenna.

Replaced the front and rear windshield spray nozzles.

Resealed the saddle cylinder.

Recalibrated the transmission.

Recalibrated the all wheel drive system.

This is an exceptionally well maintained ex-municipal grader that is ready to work.
