Repair / Condition Report
Upon arrival to our yard this loader was powerwashed, serviced and checked over.
Engine oil filter was cut open and it was clean.
Transmission filter and strainer were also cut open and they were clean.
Hydraulic filter was also clean.
Both differential oil levels were good and they were clean.
Following is a list of repairs completed by Marcel Equipment Limited at 7026 hours:
- Checked air conditioning system for proper operation.
- Installed coolant level sensor.
- Installed a NEW transmission kick down switch.
- Cleaned the heater core.
- Cleaned the air conditioner evaporator core.
- Checked the auto lube system for proper operation.
- Repaired bucket leveler system.
- Repaired boom lift kick out system.
- Checked center articulation.
- Checked rear axle oscillation.
- Replaced heater fan motor.
- Installed a NEW seal on the front drive shaft.
- Replaced the transmission oil cooler line.
- Checked the lights, wipers, etc. for proper operation.
- Checked all grease lines and fittings.
This is a good unit that is ready to work.
