Repair / Condition Report
Upon arrival to our yard this loader was serviced and checked over.
Engine, transmission and hydraulic filters were checked and they were all clean.
Both differential oil levels were good and they were also clean.
Engine high idle was checked and is within Caterpillar specifications.
Torque converter stall speed was also checked and is within Caterpillar specifications.
Following is a list of repairs completed by Marcel Equipment Limited at 2573 hours:
Repaired hood actuator.
Load tested the batteries.
Checked all grease points.
Checked lights, wipers, etc. for proper operation.
Checked brake accumulator - 1000 PSI.
Checked pilot system accumulator and it was good.
Checked ride control accumulator - 435 PSI.
Checked rear axle oscillation and it was good.
Checked center articulation and it was good.
Adjusted parking brake.
This is an excellent low hour well equipped unit that is ready to work.
