Repair / Condition Report

 Upon arrival to our yard, all covers and guards were removed and machine was power washed.

The following is the list of service/repairs completed at 11,150 hours by Marcel Equipment Limited.

Engine oil filter removed, cut open and checked for contaminates, it was clean.

Fill engine with new oil

Change hydraulic filter, cut open and checked for contaminates, it was clean.

Change transmission filter, cut open and checked for contaminates, it was clean.

Check differential oil levels, all good and oil was clean.

Install NEW fuel primer switch.

Line bore and install NEW bottom articulation bearings.

Installed NEW blade lift solenoid.

Installed NEW blade lift relief valve.

Reseal blade lift cylinder.

Reseal parking brake assembly.

Installed NEW water heater valve.

Installed NEW torque converter output seal.

Installed NEW transfer case input seal.

Check brake accumulator pressure.

Installed NEW transfer case output seals (front and back).

Reseal both steering cylinders.

Installed NEW bearings and pins on both steering cylinders.

REBUILT and resealed all filter housings

REBUILT fuel transfer pump.

Install REBUILT alternator.

Install REBUILT starter.

Installed NEW fuel level sending unit.

Remove and install all NEW grease lines.

Grease mahine.

Installed NEW hydraulic tank relief valve.

Check brakes.

Load test batteries.

Check all gauges, switches and controls (good).

Check heater, wipers, lights, air conditioning.

The following pressure checks were completed:

Hydraulic, steering, pilot, trans pump, torque in, torque out, engine oil, turbo boost, cooling fan, torque converter stall, fan speed (low and high idle).

This unit has just entered our paint shop where it will be sand blasted, primed, painted and detailed.

This is an excellent compactor, ready to go very soon.
