Marcel Equipment completed the following inspections to this Volvo A30G:

• Upon arrival, machine was fully stripped & power washing
• Full visual & operational inspections were completed
• Engine, torque, transmission & hydraulic pressures were taken to ensure within OEM spec
• Performance checks were completed
• Oils were checked for contaminates
• Magnets & suction screens were checked for contaminates
• All filters were cut open & inspected for contaminates
• Machine was serviced as required
• Engine oil was changed
• Coolant was Replaced (Replaced water pump)
• All differentials and final drive oils checked - levels good - oils clean
• Verified 6 wheel drive operation 
• Checked all switches in cab for proper operation
• Verified all lights worked
• Center hitch & oscillation tight
• Verified engine brake operation

Marcel Equipment then completed the following repairs to this Volvo A30G:

• Checked Batteries
• Replaced all hoses in articulation (hitch) area
• Replaced water pump
• Resealed leaking brake caliper
• Replaced leaking compressor line
• Replaced transmission output speed sensor
• Replaced steering cylinder pins
• Adjusted Box centering shims
• Replaced steering rack boot
• Replaced air compressor Unloader valve
• Repaired misc hydraulic leaks
• Replaced any worn & leaking hoses
• Installed NEW Seat
• Adjusted Tailgate - Removed pivot Bearings & cleaned
• Checked & repaired all electrical switches & wiring
• Checked & repaired all lights
• Serviced & cleaned complete HVAC system
• Completed all required cab repairs
• Completed all required cosmetic repairs

Machine is now work ready.

Truck has been on Rent for 150 Hrs since Repairs & Servicing completed and worked well with no issues.
