When unit arrived in our yard, MEL completed the following:

• Removed all panels from machine and power washed
• Completed thorough machine inspection
• Complete Machine Service
• Cut open, inspected and replaced all oil filters (Engine, Hydrostatic Transmission, Steering, Hydraulic) & inspected for contaminates - All clean
• Serviced Fuel system
• Inspect all magnetic plugs/screens & suction screens - all clean
• Check final drive oil levels and oil condition

Completed the following pressure checks to ensure within OEM spec:

• Engine rpm high & low idle
• Engine oil high & low idle pressures
• Fuel pressure
• Full stall boost 
• Stall speeds - single / double
• Boost - single / double stall
• Transmission pump pressure / lube pressure
• Torque inlet / outlet pressures
• Lock-up & Impeller clutch pressures
• Steering pressure checks
• Main relief pressure
• Front / Rear brake pressures

All Pressures were within OEM Specifications

Based on Our Inspection, MEL has completed the following repairs:

• Replaced All machine fluids with Manufacturer recommended Engine, Hydrostatic Transmission, Hydraulic and Final drive oils
• Replaced Coolant
• Replaced Complete Undercarriage
• Pulled Track frames & Rebuilt with NEW Bogies
• Replaced Hard Bar Pins & Bushings
• Resealed both Track adjusters & Inspected wear plates
• Replaced Pivot Shaft seals
• Exhaust Filter Cleaned
• Replaced Def filters & Def tank breather
• Replaced Def Header
• Replaced Def Injector
• Cleaned & filled Def tank
• EGR valve cleaned & NEW gaskets installed
• Replaced Fuel tank, Hydraulic and Hydrostatic tank breathers

• Clean all Battery terminals & grounds
• Replace Engine Belt
• Replaced Alternator
• Check & Repair all Cab Electrical functions

• Resealed both Lift Cylinders
• Resealed Hydrostatic Manifold Block
• Repaired All Hydraulic & Hydrostatic Leaks
• Replaced all Worn / Damaged Hoses
• Completed Hydrostatic Pump & Motor Calibrations
• Clean HVAC
• Check / Repair all Grease fittings & lines
• Disassemble, check & repair Operator Seat
• Repair all Door latches & handles
• Checked & Secured all Fuel & Hydraulic/Transmission lines
• Installed NEW engine door seals
• Replaced damaged Cab door seals
• Checked, Cleaned & Repaired A/C system
• Completed all Needed Cab interior repairs
• Replaced all Blade Pins - Blade is tight
• Completed needed Blade welding repairs
• Blade Installed, Properly shimmed & Calibrated
• Completed all Needed machine cosmetic repairs
• All steps, grab handles, panels & Belly pans straight and in place
• All Needed Repairs & Servicing has Been Completed
• Complete Machine has been Sandblasted, Primed & Painted
