CAT 836K with 0-Hour Bare Frame Rebuilt with a CAT CPT (Certified Powertrain Rebuild) including:

• REBUILT engine
• REBUILT torque converter
• REBUILT transmission
• REBUILT transfer case
• Rebearing & resealing front axle & planetaries
• Rebearing & resealing rear axle & planetaries
• Recondition radiator & all cooling assemblies
• Recondition parking brake
• Recondition all driveshafts & slip joint
• Replace all powertrain oil lines
• Install REBUILT starter & alternator
• Install NEW engine & transmission mounts
• Perform product updates
• Verify all engine, torque, transmission & hydraulic pressures
• Includes CATERPILLAR 3 yr/5,000 hr Powertrain Warranty

Complete Machine Reconditioning by Marcel Equipment to be Completed:

• Inspected axle oscillation group
• Inspected articulation
• Inspected steering pins & bearings
• Inspected and Reseal all hydraulic cylinders
• All hydraulic pumps & motors will be disassembled & rebuilt as needed
• Cab stripped down to bare frame & Reconditioned 
• Service & clean complete HVAC system
• Replace hydraulic hoses as needed
• Recondition A/C system
• All cosmetic & welding repairs completed
• Rebuilt swing step mounts
• Complete machine sand blasted, primed, painted & new decals applied.
• All Needed Repairs & Rebuilding will be Completed.

At 11,566 hours, installed NEW EGR valve

At 10,092 hours, installed NEW NOX sensor

At 10.058 hours, installed REMAN DPF

At 8,725 hours, REBUILT blade lift cylinder

At 6,903 hours, installed NEW DPF differential pressure sensor

At 6,435 hours, installed NEW DEF manifold

At 5,188 hours, installed REMAN DPF

At 4,913 hours, installed NEW ARD head

At 4,822 hours, installed UPDATED NRS cooler
