The Following Recent Repairs & Servicing has been Completed by Marcel Equipment:

• Stripped machine and power washed
• Cut open filters and inspected for contaminates
• Fuel was detected in Engine oil – see further notes under ENGINE below
• All other filters clean
• Inspected magnets & suction screens – All Clean
• Completed all pressure and performance checks (engine, torque, transmission & hydraulic)
• All were within OEM spec after repairs were completed
• Center Hitch was tight
• Rear Axle Oscillation was tight
• Replaced Differential & Final Drive oils

ENGINE

• 0 Hrs on New CAT Engine Replacement under Warranty
• Engine Installed by Marcel Equipment
• Ran engine for 10 Hr break-in period
• Changed oil & cut open filters - Clean
• Completed Engine Valve Set
• Serviced Def System
• Replaced Rear Engine mounts
• Rebuilt Alternator and Replaced Alternator Bracket

TRANSMISSION / TORQUE CONVERTER / TRANSFER CASE

• Transmission rebuilt by servicing CAT dealer at 9,057 Hrs
• Torque Converter rebuilt by servicing CAT dealer at 9,057 Hrs
• At 9,875 Hrs, Marcel Disassembled Transfer Case and inspected
• Found No issues – Cleaned & Reassembled with New Seals & set all Bearing end play to Spec.
• Ran all powertrain calibrations & verified pressures
• Parking Brake Rebuilt with New Plates, Discs, Springs

PUMPS

• Disassembled All Hydraulic & Transmission Pumps and Inspected for wear
• Found No Failures
• REBUILT implement pump
• REBUILT steering pump
• REBUILT transmission pump
• REBUILT brake pump
• Replaced Hydraulic Oil

GENERAL MACHINE REPAIRS

• Replaced Master Switch
• Replaced all Batteries

• Lift Cylinder and Fuel Level Sensor Wiring Harness Repaired

CAB

Reconditioned Cab as needed:

• Cab was removed from machine for removal of transmission
• Stripped and all panels cleaned
• Cleaned & service HVAC system
• REBUILT Seat Suspension Assembly
• Re-Upholstered Seal
• Replaced Cab Door seal
• Replaced Arm Rest Shock
• Completed all needed misc repairs in cab

WELDING & COSMETICS

• Repaired axle seal guards as needed
• Replaced rear axle eyebrows both sides
• Removed fuel tank & cleaned
• Reconditioned blade as needed
• Completed other welding & cosmetic repairs as needed
• Complete machine will be sandblasted, primed and painted factory colors and NEW decals will be applied
