When unit arrived in our yard, MEL completed the following:

• Removed all panels from machine and power washed
• Completed thorough machine inspection
• Complete Machine Service
• Cut open, inspected and replaced all oil filters (Engine, Transmission, Hydraulic) & inspected for contaminates - All clean
• Serviced Fuel system
• Replaced Engine, Transmission, Hydraulic Oils
• Inspect all magnetic plugs/screens & suction screens- all clean
• Check differential & planetary oils - levels & condition are good

Completed the following pressure checks to ensure within OEM spec:

• Engine rpm high & low idle
• Engine oil high & low idle pressures
• Fuel pressure
• Full stall boost 
• Stall speeds - single / double
• Boost - single / double stall
• Transmission pump pressure / lube pressure
• Torque inlet / outlet pressures
• Lock-up & Impeller clutch pressures
• Steering pressure checks
• Main relief pressure
• Front / Rear brake pressures

Based on inspection, MEL has completed the following repairs:

• Replaced center steer link bushings
• Replaced bearings/pins in inner steering bars
• Replaced torsion bars pins / bushings
• Removed Turbo Inlet boot - checked turbine /shaft play - No visible damage
• Resealed RH steering cylinder - replaced rod end bushing
• Replaced front brake pads - Rotors measured like New
• Rear brakes tested good
• Replaced auto greaser motor & controller
• Confirmed grease is getting to all distribution blocks
• Inspected all grease lines - all pins & joints getting grease
• Repaired leaking rear suspension cylinder valve cores
• Charge rear suspension cylinders
• Install NEW suspension cylinder boots
• Replaced several rear Wheel Studs
• Repair engine oil drain petcock leak
• Replace broken coolant tap
• Clean starter terminals
• Check fan hub & tensioner pully - grease
• Replace fuel lines from tank to lift pump
• Clean axle & transmission breathers
• Replaced rear brake breather tubes
• Replaced hyd tank breather
• Replaced transmission suction tube coupler & seals
• Repaired all misc Cab & Accessory wiring
• Repair all lights
• Check & repair all machine leaks
• All Cosmetic & Welding repairs are being completed
• All steps, railings & grab handles will be straight & in place.
• Box bed was inspected. It is Lined and in Very Good Condition
• All Needed Repairs & Servicing has been Completed.
